Privacy Policy — Belle Cheveu DM Reader

This policy explains how Scalp Lab Co., Ltd. ("we"), the operator of Head Spa Belle Cheveu in Tokyo, Japan, handles data obtained through the Instagram API with Instagram Login (Meta Platforms) in our internal tool "Belle Cheveu DM Reader" (https://ig.scalplab.co.jp/).

1. What the tool does

The tool connects only to our own Instagram professional account (@bellecheveu_headspa). It receives Direct Messages that people send to this account so that our staff can read them and prepare replies. It does not connect to any other Instagram account and is not offered to the public.

2. Data we access through the Instagram API

• Our own account information: Instagram user ID, username and account type (permission: instagram_business_basic).
• Direct Messages sent to or from our account: the sender's Instagram-scoped ID, message text, attachment information, message ID and time, and the list of conversations with their participants' usernames (permission: instagram_business_manage_messages).

We do not access posts, followers, or any data of people who have not sent a message to our account.

3. How we use the data

• To let our staff read messages from customers and collaboration partners (such as reservation questions and influencer collaboration requests).
• To prepare reply drafts. Replies are always reviewed and sent by our staff.

We do not use the data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties, except where required by law.

4. Storage and retention

• Messages are stored on our rented server in Japan in an area that is not publicly accessible. The staff page is protected by a password.
• Messages are automatically deleted 90 days after they are received.
• The access token for our Instagram account is stored on the same server and is deleted when the account is disconnected.

株式会社スカルプラボ（ヘッドスパ専門店ベルシュヴー、以下「当社」）は、社内用ツール「Belle Cheveu DM Reader」（https://ig.scalplab.co.jp/）において、Meta社の Instagram API（Instagramログイン）を通じて取得するデータを、以下のとおり取り扱います。

1. ツールの内容

当社のInstagramプロアカウント（@bellecheveu_headspa）にのみ接続し、このアカウントに届いたダイレクトメッセージを受け取って、スタッフが確認・返信の準備を行うためのツールです。他のアカウントには接続せず、一般には提供していません。

2. Instagram API で取得するデータ

• 当社アカウントの情報：InstagramユーザーID、ユーザーネーム、アカウントの種類（権限：instagram_business_basic）
• 当社アカウントとのダイレクトメッセージ：送信者のInstagram上のID、本文、添付ファイルの情報、メッセージIDと日時、会話の一覧と相手のユーザーネーム（権限：instagram_business_manage_messages）

投稿やフォロワー、当社にメッセージを送っていない方のデータは取得しません。

3. 利用目的

• お客様や提携先（ご予約に関するお問い合わせ、インフルエンサーのコラボレーションのご相談など）からのメッセージを、スタッフが確認するため
• 返信の下書きを作成するため。返信は必ずスタッフが確認して送信します

広告への利用、販売、第三者への提供は行いません（法令に基づく場合を除きます）。

4. 保存と保存期間

• メッセージは、国内のレンタルサーバー上の、外部から直接アクセスできない場所に保存します。スタッフ用の画面はパスワードで保護しています
• メッセージは受信から90日で自動的に削除します
• 当社アカウントのアクセストークンは同じサーバーに保存し、接続を解除したときに削除します
